We use CNC machining to make our mould construction efficient allowing us to fabricate almost anything.

We have a well-deserved reputation for unrivalled skill and high level of service when it comes to the maintenance and repair of GRP composite craft.

Our services encompass everything from localised colour-matched gelcoat repairs, through to major structural rebuilds. We can work with polyester or epoxy resins and solid or cored laminate, using a range of materials from traditional glass matt/rovings, to the latest vacuum, resin infused, carbon reinforcements.

Sundeck Conversion to Lloyds Survey (completed 2019)

O’Neill Shipwrights are well familiar with the Benetti Yachts design having spent a lot of time at the neighbouring Perini Navi shipyard next door in Viareggio. However, this was not a simple job. The Sundeck conversion required the removal of several structural areas of fiberglass including a spa deck, as well as intergraded deck seating and dining areas.
working alongside a accredited marine designer we rebuilt these locations to Lloyds survey and suit the clients design vision.
